Aquantia, a Milpitas, CA-based developer of 10GBASE-T silicon products for mainstream high-speed connectivity, announced that it has completed its $44m Series D financing.
The round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from existing investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Pinnacle Ventures, and Venture Tech Alliance.
This injection of capital will enable scaling of Aquantia’s product portfolio to serve the accelerated transition to 10G Ethernet in Enterprise and Data Center markets.
In conjunction with the financing, NEA Partner Rohini Chakravarthy will join the board of directors.
