ideeli, Inc., a New York-based company that operates an online shopping community, announced that it has closed a $20m Series B round of financing from StarVest Partners, Constellation Growth Capital and Kodiak Venture Partners.
The funds will be used to enhance the company’s online services for members and brands.
Launched in June 2007, ideeli is a shopping community with over 1.3m members that creates daily online events designed by its editors. It provides members with access to products and experiences, often at privileged prices.
