Luxalia, a Pescara, Italy-and London, UK-based B2B platform for luxury products made in Italy, raised €130k in seed funding, a note says.
Backers included unnamed Italian and Russian business angels.
Led by export manager Davide Bianchi, founder & CEO, and Luigi Valerio Rinaldi, Marketing Director (and CEO of Irish incubator Enry’s Island), Luxalia is building an Italian luxury marketplace. Currently in private beta, the company is currently selecting Italian manufacturers of products and services.
It intends to recruit Italian players during 2015 and expand into other countries later.
