According to reports, travel platform TripAdvisor (Nasdaq:TRIP) acquired MyTable, a Turin, Italy-based online platform to book restaurants.
The amount of the deal is not known. MyTable is now part of TheFork, TripAdvisors’ restaurant platform present in France, Spain, Switzerland and Italy.
Founded in 2010 by Mattia Carluccio and Riccardo Reinerio, MyTable is an online restaurants booking platform wth more than 3,500 restaurants managing reservations.
Ambeskovic has become country manager ot TheFork Italia.
