Digital Magics, the Milan, Italy-based business incubator (AIM Italia: DM), received a €1m middle/long term loan from Banco Popolare.
The loan agreement, signed within the framework of EIF’s Innovfin SME Guarantee, will cover the research and innovation investments of the incubator.
The deal will be also extended to loans to be provided directly to startups supported directly by guarantee intruments issued by EIF’s Innovfin Sme Guarantee and the SME Guarantee Fund.
Digital Magics is an incubator of digital projects that provides consulting and acceleration services to startups and enterprises to facilitate the development of new technological businesses.
By working in partnership with Talent Garden and Tamburi Investment Partners, the company has created a Digital Made in Italy platform which offers services for the digital transformation and “Open Innovation” to enterprises, and provides financial support to innovative startups.
