Bankin’, a Paris, France-based finance app for people to understanding their finances, raised €7m in its third venture capital funding.
The round was led by Omnes Capital with participation from CommerzVentures, Generation NewTech and angels.
The company, which has raised €8.4m in total, will use the funds to continue to develop the platform and expand operations.
Created in 2011 and led by Joan Burkovic and Robin Dauzon, Bankin’ makes money management apps used by more than 1.5 million in France, in England, in Spain and in Germany. The app features security tools, including a passcode or Touch ID, detailed overview of finances, with graphs and custom analysis, saving monitoring tools month by month, transaction search with unlimited history, push notifications or emails, daily and weekly reports about multiple accounts.
