Harver, an Amsterdam, The Netherlands-based HR tech startup, raised $8.1m in Series A funding.
Insight Venture Partners led the round.
The company intends to use the funds to expand globally.
Led by Barend Raaff, CEO, and Yehuda Hofri, Chief Product and Technology Officer, Harver provides TalentPitch, a preselection platform which gives applicants a realistic job preview. During an online experience, they get to know a company, culture and the job they apply for.
Companies can implement various assessments, test their skills & personality based on each job, which has its unique skill & personality requirements, take candidates through a selection of quizzes and puzzles to test their suitability in an engaging manner. In the meantime, TalentPitch collects success predicting data.
The platform connects to all major industry platforms and is accessible across devices.
Clients include agoda.com, booking.com, Vodafone, OpenTable, etc.
