Alice Raises $26M in Series B Funding

-

Alice, a NYC-based operations platform for hotels to improve the guest experience, secured $26m in Series B funding.

Expedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPE), the world’s largest online travel company, made the investment which makes it makes the majority shareholder in Alice.

The investment – which brought total funding to $39m – will deepen the commercial cooperation between the two companies that was originally established with an equity investment in 2015. The funding allows Alice to build out its development, product, sales, and customer success teams.

Founded in 2013 and led by Justin Effron, Chief Executive Officer, Alice has created a complete communication, cost savings and revenue generation operations platform for hotels, which enhances the guest experience and connects all points within the hotel to simplify guest service.
The company serves the world’s leading hotel brands, including Two Roads Hospitality, Dream Hotel Group, Grupo Posadas, SIXTY Hotels, NYLO Hotels, and Leading Hotels of the World.
