Two Hundred (FKA Tip Ventures), a Brescia, Italy-based equity crowdfunding platform, raised €300k in funding.
Backers included some business angels and private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop the platform and continue to grow the community.
Led by Matteo Masserdotti, founder and CEO, Two Hundred operates 200crowd, an equity crowdfunding platform that allows people to invest easily in new and established private companies.
Two Hundred, which has a team of 9, comprised of experts in the fields of private equity, investment banking, commercial law and digital management, has also launched a new campaign vetting tool with the due diligence (business, finance and accounting) conducted via an proprietary algorithm.
