Yogome Raises $26.9M in Series B Funding

Yogome, a Mexico and San Francisco, CA-based provider of digital learning and children’s education solutions, raised $26.9m in Series B funding.

The round was led by Exceed Capital Partners with participation from Seaya Ventures, Insight Venture Partners and Variv Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Victor Hu, CEO and co-founder of Exceed Capital, will join Yogome’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth into new markets, enhancing access to users in China, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines as well as expand its academic content and its subscriber base.

Founded by Manolo Diaz and Alberto Colin, Yogome provides digital learning and children’s education platform with a content portfolio of over 2,000 games, interactive books, and videos in six languages (in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese) developed around nine key subjects to support the education of learners ages four to ten.
The platform has 6 million monthly active users based in over 50 countries, with a majority of subscribers located in the United States, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
