TemperPack, a provider of a curbside recyclable insulation product, raised $4.5m in funding.
Closed Loop Partners, a fund that invests in sustainable consumer goods, advanced recycling technologies and the development of the circular economy, made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its ClimaCell™️ manufacturing operation to its west coast facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Founded in 2015 and led by Brian Powers, TemperPack provides ClimaCell, a certified curbside recyclable insulation product used for perishable shipments in the food and pharmaceuticals industries. Today, the company operates two facilities in Virginia and Nevada and is expanding its reach in the perishable and cold chain shipping market.
