Arkose Labs Secures $6M in Series A Funding

arkose labsArkose Labs (previously known as FunCaptcha), a San Francisco, CA-based provider of online fraud prevention technology combining user risk assessment and sophisticated enforcement challenges, closed a $6m Series A funding round.

The round was led by US Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Dafina Toncheva, partner with US Venture Partners, and Jeremiah Grossman, founder and CEO of Bit Discovery, will join its Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate hiring across the organization, expand product roadmap, and build out its enterprise go to market teams.

Led by Kevin Gosschalk, CEO, Arkose Labs provides major global businesses in sectors including online marketplaces, travel, banking, social media, ticketing and online gaming with a tech solution to solve online fraud problems combining global telemetry with a patent pending enforcement challenge that stops fraud without false positives and without friction for users.
The company also has offices in Brisbane, Australia.
