Attabotics, a Calgary, Alberta, Canada-based 3D robotics supply chain company, raised $25m in Series B funding.
Backers included Coatue, Comcast Ventures, and Honeywell and returning investors Forerunner Ventures and Werklund Growth Fund.
The company, which has raised $32.7m in funding to date, intends to use the capital for growth, including new hires, scaling manufacturing operations, the development of new technologies, and more.
Led by Scott Gravelle, founder, CEO & CTO, Attabotics provides a 3D robotics supply chain system for modern commerce with a patented storage structure and robotics shuttles that utilize both horizontal and vertical space to reduce a company’s warehouse needs. By empowering retailers and brands to place fulfillment centers near high-density urban areas, the company’s solution enables users to close the last-mile delivery gap.
The system has been adopted by major brands and retailers across apparel, food & beverage, and home goods. Attabotics is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with fulfillment centers across the United States and Canada.
