digitsDigits, a San Francisco, California-based fintech startup, raised $10.5m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Benchmark, with participation from 72 angels. In conjunction with the funding, Benchmark’s Peter Fenton joined the company’s board.

Co-founded by Jeff Seibert and Wayne Chang, Digits is a stealth mode company building a software platform for businesses to facilitate the processes related to financial reports, and transaction records and eliminate tedious, manual work to keep updated and empower people of all backgrounds and skillsets to visualize, understand, and manage their businesses, and elevate their interactions with their accountants, investors, and advisors.
