Zinier, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of intelligent field service automation solutions, raised $90m in Series C funding.
The round was led by new investor ICONIQ Capital with participation from Tiger Global Management, Accel, Founders Fund, NGP Capital, Newfund Capital and Qualcomm Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to enter new markets such as Australia, Brazil, Chile, France and the Iberian Peninsula, conduct R&D to expand its AI-driven platform capabilities and configurability and into additional industries including telecom, energy, utilities and beyond.
Led by Arka Dhar, co-founder and CEO, Zinier provides an AI-driven field service automation platform, ISAC, that allows organizations to work smart-from the back office to the field-to solve problems quickly, fix things before they break, and maintain the services that use every day.
The company has already worked with global companies like Black & Veatch and Car-Sa, and formed strategic partnerships with system integrators like Capgemini and Tata Consultancy Services.
