Cloudbeds Raises $82M in Series C Funding

Cloudbeds, a San Diego, CA-based hospitality management solution provider, raised $82m in series C funding.

The round was led by Viking Global Investors with participation from PeakSpan Capital, Recruit Co., Ltd., Counterpart Ventures, and Cultivation Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to further invest in its technology platform.

Led by Adam Harris, CEO, and Richard Castle, COO, Cloudbeds provides an hospitality management suite, providing tools to manage properties of any type and size. Its software is used by more than 20,000 hotels, hostels, inns, and alternative accommodations in 157 countries.

Founded in 2012, the company has over 400 people employees with local teams in 40 countries, speaking over 30 languages.
