Collibra, a Brussels, Belgium-based data intelligence company, raised $112.5m in funding at a post-money valuation of $2.3 billion.
The round, which brought total venture funding to $345.5m, was led by existing investors ICONIQ Capital and Index Ventures, and new backer Durable Capital Partners LP, with participation from existing investors Battery Ventures, CapitalG and Dawn Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its business reach.

The platform connects IT and the business to build a data-driven culture for the digital enterprise. The company a diverse global presence, with offices in the U.S., Belgium, Australia, Czech Republic, France, Poland and the U.K., serving 450 customers.
