IFM Restoration, a Dallas, TX-based online marketplace that connects contractors with owners and property managers of rental properties, closed a $10m Series A funding round.
The round, which brought the total venture capital raised to date to $11m, was co-led by S3 Ventures and Brick & Mortar Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to hire additional talent and expand its proprietary technology platform.
Co-founded by Daniel Feldman and CEO Dustin Marx, IFM Restoration provides a marketplace that connects contractors with property owners and managers for efficient maintenance on single- and multi-family rental properties.
Beyond matching contractors with work that suits their specialty while reducing operating expenses for the owners, the company will increase its investment into machine learning and artificial intelligence to provide more predictability in repairs and maintenance and continue to improve the resident experience and contractor experience.
