Aircall, a NYC-based cloud-based voice platform for companies to manage customer support and sales calls, closed $65m Series C funding round.
The round, which brought total funding to over $100m, was led by DTCP with participation from new investors Swisscom Ventures and Adams Street, as well as all existing investors including eFounders, Draper Esprit, Balderton Capital, and NextWorld.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Olivier Pailhès, co-founder and CEO, Aircall provides a cloud-based voice platform that integrates with productivity and helpdesk tools that workplaces are already using to make phone support easy to manage.
The company serves thousands of new and existing customers.
