SpyCloud, an Austin, Texas-based anti-fraud platform powering account takeover prevention and fraud investigations solutions, closed a $30m Series C funding.
The round was led by Centana Growth Partners, with participation from all existing investors: M12 (Microsoft’s venture fund), Altos Ventures, Silverton Partners, and March Capital Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Eric Byunn, partner at Centana Growth Partners, joined SpyCloud’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to grow its product and engineering teams and build new ways to detect and prevent fraud.

Its solutions – backed by a comprehensive and actionable repository of exposed assets – proactively defeat fraud attempts and disrupt the criminals’ ability to profit from stolen information.
