According to a Reg D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Marlboro, MA.-based Egenera Inc. raised $3m in equity.
Founded in 2001, Egenera orchestrates the infrastructure of physical and virtual computing assets.
The company, founded in 2001, will use the proceeds to create channel sales relationships for its products and services, which include hardware and operating system.
