CyrusOne, a Houston, Texas-based enterprise data center colocation provider, has secured a new $150m Senior Secured Credit Facility from a syndicate of banks led by TD Securities, RBC Capital Markets, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and SG Americas Securities.
The funds will help the company accelerate its growth in Texas, the company’s core market.
The facility refinanced the company’s outstanding debt and substantially increased its available borrowing capacity.
The syndicate of banks included Toronto Dominion, Royal Bank of Canada, SunTrust Bank, Société Générale, CapitalSource Finance, Caterpillar Financial Services, and Webster Bank.
The company, which provides data center services, offering colocation and implementation services for companies in a wide range of industries, is sponsored by ABRY Partners, a Boston-based media, communications, business and information services focused private equity investment firm.
