Easy-Do Products Limited, a Wellingborough, UK-based manufacturer of plastic household cleaning products, has received a £95,000 Grant for Business Investment (GBI) from East Midlands Development Agency (emda).
Established in 1968, over the past five years, the business has concentrated on the development and manufacture of its “Dishmatique” range of products, other household cleaning products and an innovative range of clothes and food packaging pegs manufactured solely from recycled plastic known as “Ecoforce” pegs.
The company currently is investing almost £905,000 to lease additional premises in Wellingborough and purchase new injection moulding lines and other equipment that will increase productive capacity and efficiency.
The grant will support Easy-Do to purchase the new plant and machinery and increase their range of products manufactured using 100% recycled materials.
