Investors include existing shareholders Commonwealth Capital Ventures, Globespan Capital Partners and Sigma Partners.
The funds will be used to accelerate the company expansion.
In particular, they will enable expressor software to fund ongoing operations, extend sales and marketing reach into mid-market accounts, with a focus on healthcare informatics, complete the development of expressor 3.0, designed to improve usability by the end of 2010, build out a growing developer and business user community, and continue to grow its global partner network.
