Helveta Ltd, a UK-based provider of a supply chain intelligence software, completed a £5m equity financing. The round was led by BeCapital, with participation from new investor Carbon Trust and existing investors Albion Ventures, Oxford Capital Partners and Succès Europe.
Helveta’s sotfware, the CI World, enables public and private sector users in the forest and food products industries to provide full traceability and compliance verification capability for assets moving along global supply chains.
The company was founded in 2004 and operates worldwide. Last April, as part of the same round, Helveta raised £1m.
