Zend Technologies, a Cupertino, CA-based provider of products and services for developing, deploying and managing business-critical PHP applications, has received $9m in venture funding.
The round was led by Greylock Partners, with participation from all other investors including Azure Capital Partners, Index Ventures, Intel Capital, SAP Ventures, and Walden.
The investment will enable the company to accelerate product development and market expansion.
Zend now has more than 1,000,000 registered users, including BNP Paribas, General Electric, the U.S. Senate, AT&T and DHL.
The company also has operations in France, Germany, Ireland and Israel.
