Inspired Instruments, Inc., an Irvine, CA-based developer of a mobile digital guitar, has completed a $1.25m Series A round of funding.The funding was led by CEO and co-founder, Kevin Kent, and Executive Vice President JR deSouza, with the legal counsel of Irvine, CA-based LaFlam Sullivan.
The round will enable Inspired Instruments to expand its distribution, infrastructure and product development team. The company is also launching its You Rock Guitar platform and a broad line of software solutions and accessories.
The mobile digital guitar is compatible with PS3ā¢, Wiiā¢, PCā¢, Macā¢, iPodā¢, iPhoneā¢, iPadā¢, RockBandā¢, Guitar Heroā¢, Amplifier, and Stereo.Ā
