Sell My Timeshare NOW, LLC, a Dover, NH-based operator of a Web site which provides internet advertising and marketing solutions for timeshare owners, raised $1.6m from its existing investor Edison Venture Fund.SellMyTimeshareNOW.com enables timeshare owners to sell or rent their timeshare. At the same time, it offers buyers and renters the opportunity to acquire or rent a timeshare on competitive terms. The company also provides services through a brokerage arm, Timeshare Broker Services.
Proceeds of the financing, which also included commitment from other existing partners of the company, will be used to expand the company’s sales, marketing, and customer support services, and for product development.
The company, which also operates offices in Orlando, FL, has currently over 150 employees.
