Bluebell Telecom, a Newcastle upon Tyne, UK-based provider of business voice and data services, has received a £3.95m financing package from Octopus Investments and YFM Private Equity.
The capital will help the company expand and incorporate Callstream, an inbound telephony specialist, into the newly formed Bluebell Telecom Group.
With Callstream joining the group, Bluebell Telecom, which operates direct and indirect sales channels serving the retail, hospitality and care markets, will now have access to cloud-based platforms for managing inbound traffic.
