yuback, a French developer of a geololation-based application that allows users to meet friends in the neighborhood and find missed meeting, has raised €500k in its first round of funding.
According to local reports, investors include Vivacto Développement and Belgian business angel Sven Holland.
Launched in 2009, yuback is currently available for iPhone and iPod Touch.
In 2011, the company intends to launch a new realese of its website and its application for iPhone, expand internationally by offering an English version of the service and make yuback available for other mobile platforms.
