Verengo Solar Plus, a Orange, and Los Angeles, CA-based home solar provider, received a $9.7m investment from private equity firm Angeleno Group, LLC.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the financing to expand the business beyond Southern California.
Led by CEO Randy Bishop and President Ken Button, Verengo Solar Plus is a residential solar integrator with several installers throughout Southern California, who offer different financial options.
