Boundless Network, an Austin, Texas-based branded merchandise distributor, has received a $4m equity financing.
Investors include existing backers Austin Ventures and Silverton Partners. This transaction brings the total amount raised by the company to date to $17m.
Boundless Network intends to use the funds to expand its technology platform.
Founded by CEO, Jason Black, the company enables sales professionals within the promotional products industry to grow their business and help companies save money on branded merchandise. Boundless Network operates through a highly trained, professional sales organization and proprietary technology that is designed to connect buyers across organizations to create efficiencies of scale and reduce the cost of branded merchandise by as much as 40%.
