Pilgrim Software, Inc., a Tampa, Florida-based provider of enterprise software focused on compliance, quality, and risk management, has received a private equity investment of undisclosed amount from Riverside Partners.
The investment, which was made in partnership with the company’s management team and founders, will support the company in further expanding the business.
Pilgrim’s software helps organizations in regulated industries – particularly within in the life science, food and beverage, and manufacturing industries – manage regulatory compliance, address potential risks, reduce manufacturing costs and improve customer satisfaction.
Led by Co-Founder, President and CEO Ami Utji, the company offers its integrated suite of enterprise software to hundreds of blue-chip customers, which can choose either a perpetual license or a subscription-based (hosted) model.
