Storific, a Paris, France-based developer of an app that enable users to order directly from the iPhone in favorite places, has received an equity investment from Kima Ventures.
Founded by CEO Michael Cohen and Lead Developer Andrés Mejia, Storific partners with stores such as restaurants, hotels, pubs, coffee and night clubs to provide them with a live local store-to-customer service to communicate with their customers.Launched in November 2010, the app enables users to:
a) go to places such as bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, etc.,
b) get their offers displayed directly on the phone, and
c) order without waiting or calling anyone at their table or room.
