OnAsset Intelligence, Inc., an Irving, Texas-based provider of machine-to-machine (M2M) wireless asset tracking, sensing, and control solutions, has secured funding of undisclosed amount.
Investors include Main Street Capital Corporation and an investment entity controlled by Roy W. Haley.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its sales, marketing and manufacturing capabilities.
In conjunction with the funding, Curtis L. Hartman, Managing Director of Main Street, Haley, and Chuck Robison, CPA and principal of Robison & Company, are joining OnAsset’s Board of Directors.
Led by President and CEO Adam Crossno, OnAsset provides wireless devices and software solutions focused on enabling customers to wirelessly locate, track, connect, and manage fixed and mobile assets in real-time.
