Relativity Services, a Louisville, Ky.-based subscription-based, pricing intelligence service that aims to improve the ability for buyers and sellers to agree on fair pricing terms for a wide range of Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) products, has raised funding from undisclosed providers.
The company intends to use the funds to pursue its start-up business plan through 2016.
Launched in July 2010 and led by President Dennis Buckley, Relativity Services already includes line item pricing on over 80,000 commonly purchased items and is expanding daily. Besides MRO Price Benchmarking, it includes professionally developed commodity insights and tools to assist buyers and sellers in optimizing their negotiations with one another.
