Mycom Group Limited, a global provider of wireless engineering services and Operational Support Systems (OSS) Service Assurance software solutions to the telecom industry, has recieved a “significant capital infusion” from Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.
The investment will provide the company with the resources to continue to expand its footprint. MYCOM currently has fifteen offices in eight countries across Europe, Asia, and North America.
Led by Founder and CEO Siamak Sarbaz, the company provides engineering services and carrier grade software solutions to the blue chip and global telecommunications customers.
It operates two divisions including:
– a Services business that provides value-added managed services for core network upgrades, provisioning, maintenance, software and hardware upgrades, as well as access networks design, deployment, and testing services for mobile network operators;
– a Software division that develops, licenses, and supports the NIMS-PrOptima suite of products, a Service Assurance solution to convergent multi-vendor and heterogeneous networks around the world.
In conjunction with the investment, Behdad Eghbali and José E. Feliciano, Founding Partners of Clearlake, and Arta Tabaee, a Vice President at Clearlake, have joined Mycom’s board of directors.
