Reed & Mackay, a London, UK-based provider of strategic business travel management services, recently received an equity investment of undisclosed amount.
Investors include new backer ECI and existing shareholder ISIS (through the ISIS IV LP).
The company is using the proceeds from the financing to develop new high-quality products and services.
Established in 1962 and led by Managing Director Andy Hibbert, Reed & Mackay offers business travel, event management and leisure travel services. Clients include companies operating in different sectors such as including legal, finance, pharmaceutical, media, oil and mineral exploration, architecture, marketing, and manufacturing.
