IdleAir, a Knoxville, TN-based company that provides professional long-haul truck drivers with a solution that creates a clean and quiet environment to rest, has raised $3m in second round of funding from existing investor Bledsoe Capital Group LLC.
Led by CEO Ethan Garber, IdleAir allows truck drivers to turn off their diesel engines and APUs and still enjoy heat, cooling, standard electric inside and outside the cab, Satellite TV, internet, and other comforts of home without the noise, vibration, and exhaust fumes from idling.
Bledsoe Capital Group will help the company to continue to expand nationawide.
