PerformLine, a New York, NY-based developer of technologies for online compliance monitoring, has closed a Series A funding round.
The round was led by WWC Capital, with participation from First Round Capital and angel investors including Jerry Neumann, Stuart Larkins, David Willey, and George Rich.
In conjunction with the funding, Jonathan Wallace of WWC Capital will join the company’s Board of directors.
The company is using the funds, whose amount remained undisclosed, to expand its team, strengthen its sales and marketing initiatives, and increase its infrastructure to accelerate product development.
The company already hired:
– Marcela Shine as Senior Vice President of Operations,
– Mario Vaccari, as Vice President of Product Management, and
– Masroor Naved, as Senior Software Developer.
Founded in 2007 and led by CEO and Founder Alex Baydin, PerformLine is an online marketing and technology company focused on delivering compliance monitoring and campaign verification products and services for advertisers, agencies, publishers and ad networks.
