Service2Media, an Enschede, Netherlands-based provider of apps for for smartphones and tablets, has raised $10m in funding.
Investors include Prime Ventures and Newion Investments‘ Private Plus Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to to strengthen its financial position, grow its organization, hiring R&D professionals, develop its App Lifecycle Platform, M2Active, and expand its partner network.
Led by CEO Geert Kolthof, Service2Media has developed apps for the media, finance and utility industries working with companies such as TURNER/ CNN, Al Jazeera, Rabobank, Abu Dabi Media Company, Liberty Global/ UPC, and Reed Elsevier.
Currently Service2Media has offices in Netherlands, UK, Spain, UAE and USA.
