Practice Insight, LLC, a Houston, TX-based provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) based revenue cycle management solutions, has received a private equity investment of undisclosed amount from Halyard Capital.
Halyard will support the company in the next phase of growth.
Founded in 2003 and led by Michael Reeves, President Houston Johnson, David Reeves, Denise Perry and Jim Goerlich, Practice Insight provides an application (EDIinsight) designed to automate the different stages of a physician practice’s reimbursement workflow. Functionality includes:
– eligibility verification,
– claims scrubbing,
– real-time claims submission and tracking,
– ERA management,
– patient statements and
– secondary claims processing.
The company’s solutions are sold nationwide through a network of healthcare IT vendors and resellers.
