According to a written statement, National Spine & Pain Centers, a Rockville, Maryland-based provider of management services to physicians specializing in interventional pain management procedures focused on relieving back and neck pain, has received an equity investment of undisclosed amount from Sentinel Capital Partners.
Founders CEO Marc Loev, CDO Bobby Dey and CMO Les Zuckerman invested in the transaction alongside Sentinel and will continue to lead the business.
The investment aims to enable the company to continue to grow.
Created in 1998, National Spine & Pain Centers provides administrative and management services to affiliated physicians, who are fellowship-trained and board-certified/board-eligible pain specialists.
Provident Healthcare Partners, a Boston, MA-based investment banking boutique focused on the healthcare industry, advised National Spine & Pain Centers in the transaction.
