Independent Community Care Management, a Kettering, UK-based live-out community care provider supporting – nationwide – people with complex long term conditions at home, has received an investment of undisclosed amount from ISIS Equity Partners.
This investment, which was made through the Baronsmead VCTs, will allow ICCM to continue to consolidate its reputation in the East Midlands, whilst also building on existing relationships in other geographies.
In conjunction with the transaction, ICCM will also acquire Excel at Care.
Founded in 1997 by current Managing Director and trained nurse Zerina Yerrell, ICCM supports adults and children with a range of conditions, including spinal chord injuries, acquired brain injuries and other degenerative disabilities such as multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease and cerebral palsy. ICCM currently works with 24 Primary Care Trusts throughout the UK, with a focus in the East Midlands.
The organization has a team of over 300 nurses, carers and case managers, who are all employed by ICCM, to ensure ICCM delivers a quality assured, person-centred service.
