MergerTech Advisors has launched a new $50m venture capital fund.
MergerTech Capital will focus on investing and supporting the development of healthcare IT product and services firms dedicated to enabling personalized medicine through the use of technology.
The vehicle will invest in IT infrastructure associated with healthcare, including cloud services, data security, consumer Internet, mobile applications, and managed IT, as well as healthcare services providers that leverage technology to reduce cost, scale or delivery gaps.
The fund, which will focus on early and growth stage US based companies, will be led by General Partner Maneesh Goyal and senior executives Nitin Khanna and Karan Khanna.
