PlanSource Holdings Inc., an Orlando-based cloud HR and healthcare SaaS technology company, has raised $12m in new funding.
The round was led by Lemhi Ventures.
The company intends to use the funding to expand its business in healthcare technology, employee benefits administration, and HR technology services.
Led by CEO Dayne Williams, PlanSource provides cloud-based Software designed to simplify back office HR for employers with a comprehensive array of integrated services including payroll, benefits administration, decision support, and HRMS technology. PlanSource technology solutions are delivered through strategic carrier and broker partners.
