InGamer Fantasy, Inc., a Guelph, Ontario, Canada-based developer of a real-time second screen platform for sports publishers, has secured an investment of undisclosed from a group of strategic backers.
The company intends to use the new capital to enhance its product offering and expand sales & distribution in preparation for their US launch in September, 2012.
To this end, InGamer has appointed Rick Wolf, CEO Full Moon Sports Solutions, as its EVP of Strategic Partnerships.
Co-founded by Nic Sulsky, the company provides a mobile and online platform, which is played during live sporting events in real time, on a game-by-game basis. To play, users select any 5-6 players and receive points based on how those players perform. After each Quarter or period, users can change their players.
