Tracky, a Las Vegas, Nev.-based open, social collaboration platform, has raised $1m in angel funding.
The company intends to use the capital to open its platform to select individuals for beta use and testing.
Led by CEO and founder David Gosse, Tracky is designed to help people and companies organize all of their work projects and social connections in a single dashboard. It provides social collaboration, people and project discovery, online chat, group task management, and access to cloud-based documents.

The company’s advisory board include:
– Sarah Evans, a social media correspondent featured in Vanity Fair, Forbes and Entrepreneur;
– Alex Hunter, company incubator, angel investor and branding expert; and
– Kevin Fong, who has a 23-year-long track record with early-stage companies and is special advisor with GSR Ventures.
