Campadre Scandinavia AB, a Swedish members-only online private sales company, has received a 20MSEK investment from Incitia Ventures.
The company intends to use the proceeds to develop the business in the Nordic region.
Launched in 2009, Campadre is an online private sales company that allows members to buy limited batches of premium brand goods at highly discounted prices during short campaigns. Pioneered in France in the early 2000s and developed and adopted in many regions throughout the world, this business model is still in its infancy in the Nordic countries.
The company is the market leader in the area and had revenues of SEK 34m in 2011.
