E-Blink, a Paris, France-based company that develops and manufactures alternative solutions for deployment of base stations in mobile networks, has received a €7m equity investment.
The round was led by Fonds pour la Société Numerique, a new government organization that supports the development of small and mid-sized innovative companies in the digital sector, which committed €3m, with participation from existing investors 360 Capital Partners, Masseran Gestion, I-Source Gestion and Alven Capital Partners.
The company intends to use the capital for commercial development.
Created in 2005, E-Blink manufactures the Wireless Remote Radio Head™ solution that eliminates the need for coaxial cables or fiber optics by providing a radio link between base stations (BTS) located on the ground and the network antennas. The company’s products are validated and used by many mobile operators around the world.
